Sophie uses evidence-based approaches informed by attachment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, biopsychology of the autonomic nervous system, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness. Sophie adapts to what a person needs, and regularly takes on client feedback to make sure of comfortability.
